About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist in the smooth running of daily operations. Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence. Keep files, records, and documents impeccably organized. Handle routine tasks like filing, data entry, and scheduling with precision.主要职责: 行政支持:协助日常运营的顺利进行。准备和维护报告、演示文稿和函件。保持文件、记录和文档的完美组织。精确处理例行任务,如归档、数据录入和日程安排。
  • Coordination: Ensure seamless operations by liaising with internal teams. Schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars for the operations team, and facilitate effective communication across departments.协调:通过与内部团队沟通,确保运营的顺畅。安排会议和约会,管理运营团队的日历,并促进部门间的有效沟通。
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries from stakeholders with professionalism. Provide support and resolve issues swiftly, maintaining a high level of customer service.客户服务:以专业的态度处理利益相关者的咨询。提供支持并迅速解决问题,保持高水平的客户服务。
  • Data Management: Maintain up-to-date databases with accurate information. Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and ensure data integrity and confidentiality. 数据管理:维护最新的数据库信息。生成和分析报告,支持决策,确保数据的完整性和保密性。

Qualifications:

  • Experience:Junior Level: 1-3 years in an administrative or operations role.经验:初级:1-3年行政或运营相关工作经验。
    Senior Level: 5+ years in operations, administration, or a similar role. 高级:5年以上运营、行政或类似职位的经验。
  • Skills and Competencies:Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Familiarity with project management tools and software.技能与能力:出色的组织能力和多任务处理能力。 良好的书面和口头沟通技能。 熟练使用Microsoft Office套件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)。 熟悉项目管理工具和软件。

Location: Woodland Industrial Park

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:15 PM
