Responsibilities:
· To perform transaction screening functions.
· To prepare documents for Audit Reviews.
· Together with the team, work and achieve the targeted SLA at all times.
· To ensure quick action/resolution in managing internal and external customer queries/feedback/complaints.
· To monitor system availability & escalate promptly to management whenever required and to manage situations such that payment/service timelines are not impacted.
Skills/Requirement:
· Educated to bachelors degree level or equivalent qualification with at least 2+ years of relevant experience
· Self-driven, good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
