We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our hotel reservations department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Process reservations for guest rooms, dining, and other hotel services
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from guests inquiring about reservations
- Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities
- Assist guests with booking and modifying reservations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are met
- Keep accurate records of reservations and guest information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
