We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Officer to join our team at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with room reservations and bookings
- Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
