Main Responsibilities: -
- Maintain a comprehensive set of accounts for a portfolio of companies.
- Process all purchase invoices and supplier payments promptly.
- Support in financial consolidation.
- Provide weekly trade debtors aging reports to management.
- Ensure timely month-end financial closing and management reporting.
- Assist quarterly GST submissions.
- Assist with cash flow updates.
- Manage bank administrative matters for the portfolio of companies.
- Prepare necessary audit schedules.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements: -
- 1-2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts
- Possess at least Diploma, professional qualification or equivalent
- Team player and able to work independently that process good working attitude
- Self-motivated and an ability to take ownership of all tasks assigned
- Meticulous, organized, and good attention to details
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Able to work with all levels
- Remuneration and higher roles commensurate with relevant years of working experiences
