Job Description:
- Plan and implement promotional, sales, and digital marketing campaigns that align with our company objectives for both our website and third-party e-commerce platforms.
- Generate and analyze relevant data and reports to uncover growth opportunities, propose actionable strategies to drive sales, and enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify current and upcoming trends, drawing insightful conclusions that lead to actionable strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate closely with different department and support the management to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and marketing strategies.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, with relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce roles.
- Previous experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp etc is a plus.
- A genuine passion for e-commerce, a business-oriented mindset, and a strong desire to make an impact.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Quick adaptability with a willingness to learn and embrace challenges.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
