Job Responsibilities :
- Liaise with customers on shipment arrangement
- Assist Manager to manage company's performance continually, executing job orders given by respective customers
- Assist Operations Manager to develop associates by providing training and coaching of junior staff so an up to date understanding of processes, policies and procedures are maintained
- Maintain documentation of processes that are followed by the department
- Perform additional tasks as required to meet the department’s needs
- Opportunity to learn aspects of shipping such as permit declaration, LCL/FCL shipment arrangement, shipping documentation, asset management and freight arrangement
Job Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Pro-active, meticulous with an ‘eye’ for details.
- Good team player with positive work attitude.
- Analytical and systematic.
- Possess leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and possess initiative and able to multi task and work under pressure.
