Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and work with Total Gas and Chemical Management (TGCM) / Bulk Gases (BG) outsource team to ensure smooth & reliable operation of specialty, Chemicals & bulk gases system.
- Work with Project/HU & Module team to support tools requirement
- Perform feasibilities studies on improvement in relation to cost saving, operational aspect improvement and proposal in-relation to programs/projects for Management review and approval.
- Prepare Scope, specification for tender as and when require in relation to approved projects/programs in relation to production ramp or expansion.
- Be involved in budget planning, project planning, managing and updating approved programs & projects with support from TGCM & BG outsource team and/or Facilities team.
- Work with internal, external customers, consultant and government agency pertaining to Gases improvement programs/projects where necessary.
- Work with TGCM & BG outsource service providers to track consumption/budget and provide update as require.
- Ensure safety rules and regulations compliance when programs / projects are initiated with support from assigned outsource TGCM & BG “on site” Operation staff.
- Ensure proper documentation and training upon completion of programs and projects.
- Provide necessary support to Facilities Shift Operation team in implement continuous improvement program, FMEA, QIT projects, ISO14001, BS8800, and QS9000 assigned activities.
- Any other specific tasks assigned time to time by the section and or depertment head.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electrical, Electronics or equivalent.
- 2-4 years in similar capacity and working experience in the Semiconductor environment.
- Dynamic and resourceful person with good analytical, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
