Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events and projects.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of each event.
• Involve managing all aspects of event logistics, from concept development to post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
• Handle on-site event management, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field with 1 to 2 years experience
• Proven experience in event planning and project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple taskings simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
