Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled DeltaV Automation Engineer to join our team in the Pharma industry. The DeltaV Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining DeltaV control systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry with DeltaV control system configuration, programming, and validation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain DeltaV control systems, including configuration, programming, and troubleshooting.
· Perform DeltaV hardware and software upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
· Develop and implement DeltaV control system validation procedures.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DeltaV control system compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Provide technical support for DeltaV control systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
· Develop and execute test protocols for DeltaV control systems.
· Develop and maintain documentation for DeltaV control systems, including specifications, drawings, and operating procedures.
· Train and mentor other engineers and technicians on DeltaV control systems.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
· 8+ years of experience in DeltaV control system design, configuration, and validation within the pharmaceutical industry.
· Hands-on experience with DeltaV hardware and software, including programming and troubleshooting.
· Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including GMP and FDA regulations.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
