Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily accounting and finance duties.
- Performing cash management and daily bank reconciliation for company bank accounts.
- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly reports, schedules and reconciliation.
- Preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns.
- Assist in collection of payment from debtors.
- Supporting the Finance Manager with projects and tasks as required.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Job Specification:
- Possesses at least a Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent (e.g. LCCI).
- Good understanding of accounting standards and tax requirements.
- Possesses integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and a proactive team player.
- High degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
