- Generate daily sales invoices
- Need to able to use excel to provide simple summary to customer when required
- Check invoices against quotation and supporting documents to ensure accuracy
- Email invoices together with supporting documents to customers.
- Follow up with customers on the invoices send
- Sent monthly Statement of Accounts to customers
- Follow up email on outstanding payment

- Accounts Receviable / Accounts Payable entries and reconciliation
