Job Description
- Pick up / deliver documents, staff meals & materials from the assigned destination to the Office/Site
- To provide safe transportation service for staff.
- Ensure the vehicle is well maintained and clean at all times.
- Responsible for vehicle maintenance such as topping up petrol, NET Card, CashCard & periodic vehicle servicing, etc.
- Basic Set-up of PC for incoming/outgoing staff
- Handles incoming calls
- Assist in monitoring and replenishing office supplies
Requirement
- Possess a Class 3 driving license and good driving record.
- 2 years experience.
- Preferably familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks.
- To be punctual, discreet, flexible, and possess a high level of integrity
- Only Singaporeans/PR
