Job Description:
- Work with Project Manager to confirm system designs and procurement
- Monitor project progress of sub-contractors and conduct site inspections regularly
- Manage sub-contractors for efficient and prompt completion of work
- Make sure project is carried out according to schedule
- Review and align Fire protection design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines (Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System, Hose reel System, Wet/Dry riser system, Fire Hydrant System, Fire man intercom system)
- Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main contractors on all matters related to the project operation and coordination
- Follow up with maintenance of fire protection systems during DLP
- Raise MR and order material & arrange manpower for necessary works
- To do quantities take off & prepare cost breakdown and comparison sheet
- Other scope of work to be assigned by the Management
Requirement:
- MUST possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
- MUST have at least 3 years relevant work experience in Fire Protection System/Sprinkler System
- Experience in Data Centre will be an added advantage
- Good communicator with excellent coordination skills
- Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD added advantage
