Leading the Charge
- P&L Powerhouse: You'll be the architect of our financial success, overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily P&L. Your strategic vision will guide resource allocation, maximize efficiency, and ensure consistent profitability.
- Operational Excellence: From streamlined systems to championing operational excellence, you'll deliver an exceptional guest experience while maximizing efficiency.
- People Champion: Leading and inspiring our talented team is critical. You'll provide top-notch coaching, mentorship, and training to empower them for success.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in fine dining operations with a proven track record of success.
- Comprehensive understanding of all restaurant operations: financial management, food & beverage and kitchen management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving operational excellence.
- Analytical mind with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting tools.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.
