PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This critical role supports the successful execution of Industry 4.0 initiatives within the process manufacturing environment. As a key player in the daily operations of the Digital Transformation team, you will translate high-level business goals into actionable plans for digital transformation and production optimization. Work with vendors and internal parties to focus on enterprise related solutions for automation and industry 4.0 transformation (MES / IIOT Domain).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Industry 4.0 Expertise in Manufacturing:
· Possess a strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., Industrial IoT, Data Analytics, Cloud) and their application in discrete production processes (preferred) or other industry environments.
· Analyse manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and optimization. Develop a thought process for implementing these advancements considering factors like cost-benefit analysis, integration with existing systems, and potential impact on production.
· Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Industry 4.0.
· Collaborate with stakeholders across Manufacturing, IT, and OT to align Industry 4.0 initiatives with business goals.
· Translate high-level business goals into a detailed and actionable digitalization roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables specific to cement production processes (preferred) or your relevant process industry.
· Define clear program goals, tasks, authorities, and responsibilities within the DT Team to ensure successful execution of the roadmap.
· Maintain project documentation and ensure effective communication across all levels.
· Collaborate with stakeholders across Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality and OT.
· Work with senior leadership to understand the overall business roadmap and value proposition for digitalization.
· Track progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively develop solutions for a smooth program execution.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:
· Digital Application Lifecycle Management: Experience in managing the lifecycle of industrial digital applications, including development, deployment, maintenance, and support.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret and utilize manufacturing data for process optimization and decision-making.
· Manufacturing Data and Applications: Experience in understanding the working of ERP and MES for Manufacturing Industry.

QUALIFICATION GUIDE
1. Education: Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or any related courses)
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in Working Manufacturing Industry.
3. Good Understanding of MES and ERP in Manufacturing Industry.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
