PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Order Fulfillment Specialist communicates customer demand to Engineering and ME departments. Reflect the winning client RFQs and quotes to create new Sales Orders. Manage client with a timely update of existing orders. Manage Clients' and CP’s communication by working closely with sales, quality and production division, etc. Another main function is to ensure correct(customer requirements) orders are sent to production, engineering, and procurement teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain timely updates to customers for all the existing (WIP) orders.
2. Respond to customers' inquiries promptly.
3. Review and prepare POTS, contract review, and update “sales order entry” within stipulated lead time.
4. Conduct a thorough contract review with the clients before receiving Sales Order confirmation.
5. Provide regular updates to customers on project development on time.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Conduct PPM (pre-production meeting).
7. Conduct weekly team meetings on the briefing of received purchase orders.
8. Sales coordination between CP factory and client.
9. Liaising with customers on technical specifications.
10. Ensure correct and full information about the Sales orders is passed to engineering and production.
11. Able to prepare job sheets with all relevant client requirements in them.
12. Provide information to the team on the market forecast and participate in market analysis.
13. Willing to travel when and if needed.
14. Sales follows-ups. To ensure the orders are shipped to the right person, right time, and the right place.
15. Ensuring good feedbacks from the client.
16. Support in capacity planning for the shop floor.
17. Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
18. Adheres to company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.
19. Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.
20. Promote and participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as:
· Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing
· Social Activities

QUALIFICATION GUIDE
1. Education: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, petroleum, or any engineering related course
2. Communication: Fluent both in oral and written English and/or Chinese
3. Experience: Proven and Solid 2 years of work experience in the same field and the Oil & Gas Equipment Manufacturing Environment
4. Software/Hardware: Presentation tools, sales/CRM tools, Microsoft office( word, ppt, Excel – pivot, vlookup), ERP System. Preferably has some knowledge of CAD tool like solid works, inventor or pro-E and able to read drawings.
