CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Danmax Security Management Pte. Ltd.

Job Scope

  • Maintain reception area
  • Maintain good customer service toward guest, residents and customers
  • To receive and forward all courier service documents & parcels at the reception counter.
  • Answer phone inquiries
  • To assist in office and administrative matters.
  • To provide administrative support to the Management Office whenever necessary
  • To learn and familiarize with the different systems and SOP.
  • Ensure good housekeeping at counters.
  • Ensure tasks are submitted timely.
  • Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.

*Will be assign in condo/mall/office environment


Requirements

· Good interpersonal skills

· Fluency in English Language

· Computer Literate
