Preferably Executive specialized in Retail / Commercial Interior Design or equivalent.
Must have a passion for design and strive for innovation
Produce concept design, space planning and presentation slides
Allocate and able to produce tender documentation and detail drawings
Able to do presentation of design concept to client with confident
Able to handle project independently from inception to completion
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
Ensure site complies with design specifications and building regulations
Conduct client meetings and reporting of design progress together with Project Managers
Able to multi-task and work as an individual or work as a team in dynamic and positive environment
Work on own innovative to developing new strategies or solutions to achieve time quality and budget milestones
Skills & Experience
Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Retail / Commercial / Corporate Office Interior Design

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Textile/Fashion Design, Architecture or equivalent.
Excellent communication skill(s) including both written and oral English (to be able to communicate efficiently with clients, consultants and contractors to produce concept design, space planning and presentation)
