Job Description & Requirements
- Oversee daily outlet sales and their operations.
- Manpower Planning to ensure it is sufficient to meet daily operational needs.
- Ensure that sales targets are attained each month.
- Improve Outlet work processes, control policies, and systems.
- Manage Operating Costs.
- Lead, train, motivate and develop the entire team.
- Timely submission of all reports.
- Make decisions on recruitment, disciplinary, termination, assessment of performance and involve the formulation of strategies of running the outlet.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Sales District Manager or Management.
- Preference with Diploma in Spa & Wellness Management/Business Management.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in the spa/beauty industry
- Motivated, Sales-driven, results and service-oriented personality.
- Good command of English; basic command of Mandarin/Malay to liaise with Mandarin/Malay speaking therapists/customers
