Date Entry Assistant
You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our SharePoint. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data from various sources into the company SharePoint.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy.
- Update and maintain existing data records.
- Organize and sort data for easy access and retrieval.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data security.
- Conduct data quality checks and report any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Min ‘O’ level or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Words.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- 1-2 years’ experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.
