Our client, a Multinational American Technology Company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Solutions Manager (Gaming) professional to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate seamless business processes for our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Work across departments to address and resolve operational challenges faced by partners.
- Oversee daily operations, including managing inquiries, ensuring compliance, addressing escalations, and handling contract-related tasks.
- Execute internal operational responsibilities such as preparing reports, tracking outcomes, and updating both internal teams and partners.
- Act as an internal advocate, aligning partner needs with the policy and platform teams.
- Become the go-to expert on operational policies and procedures within the team.
- Proactively seek and implement enhancements to the partner experience through clear communication and educational resources.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree or higher.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in online operations, customer success, account management, or project management from Technology/Gaming sectors
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of management.
- Comprehensive understanding of internet technologies and operational workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for detailed data analysis and reporting.
- Technical aptitude, knowledge of tools, IT languages and systems is a plus
- Fluency in English and Korean, Mandarin or Vietnamese to effectively engage with partners in these markets
- Open to 6-12 Month Contract - renewable!
