At CPG Facilities Management (CPGFM), we are at the forefront of integrating advanced technology with sustainability to drive operational excellence and reduce environmental impact. We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager/Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing sustainability through our cutting-edge Sustainability as a Service (SaaS) platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage sustainability projects integrating Management Systems and Smart technologies with collaboration with industry leaders and technology providers.
2. Conduct life cycle analysis and develop tailored strategies for energy and carbon management.
3. Analyse data-driven reports and provide professional advice to clients, ensuring
transparent communication and regulatory compliance. Develop tailored strategies for energy efficiency, water and waste management.
4. Development of the gap analysis report based on the data.
5. Monitor and reduce carbon emissions for property owners, aligning with government initiatives in achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.
6. Facilitate workshops and seminars to foster a culture of environmental stewardship among clients.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
2. With working experience of aleast 2 years in sustainability management, facilities management, or a related discipline.
3. Strong understanding of Energy Management / Building Systems, Building
Technologies and government initiatives etc.
4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously.
5. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven reporting and strategy
development.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and partners.
7. Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental impact.
