As an Operation Admin (Logistic & Forwarding), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide administrative assistance to the relevant team, including customs declaration, record-keeping, and other correspondences.
- Prepare and manage shipment-related documentation such as bills of lading, customs paperwork, and delivery receipts.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Process and track orders by entering details into the system and monitoring shipment status.
- Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Resolve order-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies, and update relevant parties.
- Generate reports on shipment status, delivery performance, and inventory levels.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving logistics operations.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with clients about shipment status, delays, or issues.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, including customs and import/export requirements.
- Assist in implementing quality control measures to enhance logistics processes and service delivery.
- Liaise with internal departments to coordinate logistics activities and resolve issues.
- Communicate with external partners (suppliers, carriers, customs officials) to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Possess minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Possess relevant working experience with Logistics & Forwarding will be an added advantage
