1) International Relations Business Partner
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of company's international partnership strategy.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with professional accountancy bodies at all levels.
- Coordinate local initiatives, events and visits involving overseas counterparts – this includes preparation of social media posts, coordination of meeting logistics, receiving guests, note-taking and providing other support.
- Prepare briefs and logistics for international alliances meetings.
- Participate in international alliances meetings to support company's advocacy efforts.
2) International Engagement Business Partner
Responsibilities:
- Support the operationalisation of company's partnerships with overseas counterparts by organising joint webinars, networking sessions and other events.
- Coordinate international engagements by liaising with overseas partners, arranging overseas meetings, inviting members to relevant overseas events, preparation of social media posts, note-taking and providing other support.
- Work closely with International Growth team to align objectives for international initiatives.
- Work closely with and provide support to company's overseas chapter chairpersons in the development of overseas chapters.
- Manage and moderate group chats for both members and the business community, fostering engagement and community building.
