Job Description & Requirements
- Responsible for submission of progress claims ;
- Assist the Project Manager on contractual matters and variation claims ;
- Assist the Project Manager to request for quotation and prepare cost comparison ;
- Liaise with Consultants on contract matters ;
- Assessment of sub-contractor's claim ;
- Responsible in the working out of final accounts ;
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or construction related degree
