Job Description
• Prepare tenders and bids for new business.
• Develop project proposals to meet client needs.
• Create plans, estimate budgets, and set timelines.
• Discuss, draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure contracts align with company goals.
• Coordinate with teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Manage costs and monitor progress at sites.
• Act as main contact for clients and teams.
• Collaborate with third parties on roles.
• Ensure projects meet technical standards.
• Liaise with technical, financial, and legal teams.
• Lead and support QSs and Project Managers.
• Review contracts for risks and propose solutions.
• Resolve contractual issues and manage legal matters.
• Analyze tender costs and prepare reports.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Assist with budgeting and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate projects from start to finish.
• Ensure quotations meet specifications.
• Handle time and cost claims.
• Certify contract variations.
• Submit progress claims and recommend payments.
• Finalize contract accounts.
• Analyze project performance for improvements.
• Attend meetings and train professionals.
• Maintain contract database.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in business/Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
• Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)/ Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) / Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) designation through the National Contract Management Association.
• Min 5 years’ Singapore working experience in Renovation Construction industry.
• Skilled in Contracts Administration and Tenders.
• Experienced in contract preparation and management.
• Good at negotiation and coordination.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and learning new software.
• Works well under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Participates in lengthy contract negotiation meetings.
• Familiar with financial analytics and profit/loss.
• Superior presentation and leadership skills.
• Technologically adept.
• Exceptional math abilities.
• Knowledgeable about laws and regulations.
