Job Description
- Report to Project Manager
- Read and understand technical specifications, work schedule, plan material take off, manpower planning and project costing
- Order the material required as per material take off and co-ordinate for timely delivery of the materials
- Develop equipment specifications, bid package preparation/evaluation, and procurement
- Coordinating and expediting
- Plan work progress
- Prepare Progress Reports
- Involve in project activities, including attending meetings and discussions
- Prepare minutes of meeting, procedure and work sequence
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office. Knowledge in AutoCAD
- Independent and self-motivated, able to work as a team, with all levels
- Able to work on project construction site / shipyard
- Understands P&ID, Schematics and engineering documents will be added advantage
- QSHE knowledge will be added advantage
- Primavera P6 will be added advantage
