Job Description
- Repair and replace for all Mechanical, Electrical and Civil related works such as CCTV, Aircon, lighting and power, plumbing and sanitary.
- Liase with the compliance and facility GM in planning and scheduling of facility related repair/maintenance tasks
- Handle facility contracts or contractors for aircon, lift, facility equipment, grass cutting and pest control
- Source and develop a pool of suitable and qualified contractors and supplies to support maintenance and upgrading works
- Conduct site inspections
- Respond to fault-call and follow up on fault reporting
- Maintain and update listing of equipment maintenance schedule
- Preparation of work progress report
Job Requirements
- NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Building Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facilities Management
- Good technical knowledge for Facilities Management
- Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
