- Position Title: Operation Executive
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 6 days (Mon – Sat, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Sat WFH)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3000 + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule jobs, plan daily truck routes, and assign tasks to drivers.
- Respond promptly to calls and emails, schedule and confirm jobs, and update customer data in the system.
- Manage daily route operations and fleet distribution to meet customer and service needs efficiently.
- Communicate delivery schedules to drivers daily.
- Monitor job completion for compliance and accuracy.
- Track and enter data and file records and paperwork.
- Resolve transportation, logistics, import/export, and customer issues.
- Plan and implement improvements to logistics systems and processes.

- 1-3 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Self-motivated and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with computer and office equipment.
