- Position Title: Business Development Director (APAC)
- Working Location: Central
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic +Commission

Key Responsibilities
- Drive annual revenue growth by securing multiple significant agreements with new brands across Asia.
- Develop and implement aggressive growth strategies to meet ambitious revenue goals.
- Spearhead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Engage with and manage client relationships at various levels, including C-suite executives.
- Negotiate terms for new engagements and renewals.
- Collaborate with the Client Services & Rewards team to achieve project objectives.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with current clients.
- Assist the Managing Director, APAC, in forming strategic alliances and partnerships.

- Extensive knowledge of the APAC market and diverse industries.
- Skilled in managing large RFPs/Tenders.
- Minimum of seven years of direct B2B sales experience with Fortune 1000 companies.
- Proven track record in consultative and value-added selling, particularly in HR/Tech consulting.
- Experience handling high-value sales (over $350k per sale).
- Willingness to travel frequently for regional deal-making.
