- Working Location: Queensway
- Working Hours: 6 days (9:30 am – 6:30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary + Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders and printing requests efficiently.
- Provide high-quality customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate printing equipment as needed, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
- Assist customers in designing and customizing their printing projects using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Educate customers about our products and services, including new offerings and enhancements.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and responsibly.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
