- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistic Service Provider
- Position Title: Operation Executive (Warehouse Management)
- Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: 5 days / Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5.45 pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 4500 + Allowance + Incentive + AWS + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising warehouse operations, including deployment of operators and equipment, inventory management, and reporting function.
- Manage daily operations and ad hoc requests and requirements from customers.
- Month-end stock take and reconciliation of inventory.
- Lead, develop, and supervise a team of workers (below 20 staff) to support the activities of the company.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and health requirements.
- Look for and work on continuous improvement of productivity.

- Min. Diploma in Logistics Management
- Min. 3 years of working experience in Warehouse Operational Management, especially in managing warehouse/logistics operations such as inventory management and material reconciliation, Warehouse space utilisation/optimisation, Safety and compliance, Staff supervision, Warehouse Technology
- Strong in managing teams and excellent manpower deployment & optimization skills
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Those with over certain years of relevant experience will be eligible for consideration for a Senior Operation Executive role
