JOB DESCRIPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions and activities, not limited to recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and training & development.
  • Manage the recruitment process, which includes search strategies, initial assessments, interviews, candidate evaluation, selection and negotiation of offers including to conduct staff onboard orientations, exit interview, etc.
  • Organize and coordinate the training and development plan and ensure that appropriate competencies are delivered and maintained in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Perform an advisory role to the management for HR related issues.
  • Analyse needs, review HR policies and processes and recommend HR actions to ensure practices are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Work with Managing Director/Director on HR projects including developing, implementing and reviewing existing HR policy framework and procedures. Drive and implement HR initiatives and follow through to completion.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, sytems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands or other issues.
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of Government Claims and training grants.
  • Handle payroll and CPF submission accurately and timely
  • Generate monthly HR reports for submission timely.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 5 years' HRM and HRD experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.
  • Familiar with Employment Act, government statutory claims, work pass matters, etc.
  • Mature, responsive and responsible with good working attitude.
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Positive attitude, Self-starter
  • Adaptable / Flexible thinking
  • Able to work independently
  • Salary package (local) & job title shall be commensurate with experience.
