Job Scope :
- Oversee inventory management to balance between excess stock and shortages.
- Monitor usage trends and plan purchases accordingly.
- Raise purchase requisitions for both planned and unplanned needs.
- Track status until the arrival of spares.
- Manage 'Beyond Economical Repair' spares and coordinate replenishment.
- Prepare monthly reports on spares usage and consumption levels.
- Request spares, monitor orders, and ensure timely delivery to users.
- Coordinate with clients on spares-related matters.
- Occasionally assist with packing of spares.
- Conduct regular stocktaking.
