Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media strategy and execution, with a strong international focus on Singapore and surrounding South East Asia. The ideal candidate should be multilingual speaking English and Thai. This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of the regional digital landscape, who can effortlessly manage client relationships, oversee creative teams, and collaborate with third-party production agencies to deliver outstanding social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Craft and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, with a particular focus on South East Asia
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and goals are met with precision and creativity.
- Creative Oversight: Work closely with in-house creative teams to develop engaging, on-brand content that drives engagement and achieves campaign objectives.
- Agency Coordination: Liaise with third-party production agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise and refine strategies.
- Market & Cultural Insights: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and consumer behaviours and cultural trends in South East Asia to inform and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media strategy, with a proven track record of successful campaigns in South East Asia.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices (Facebook Instagram, TikTok)
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Experience managing creative teams and collaborating with third-party production agencies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions as well as identify topical cultural trends.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
