We are looking for a Graphic Designer. You will play a pivotal role in creating visual text and imagery concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
Job Duties:
- Conversant with the brand, brand positioning and brand identity (visual and written communication, product, service, distribution e.g. Brand Packages).
- Manage brand graphic compliance for consistency and maintain the brand image.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements for each project.
- Create designs using illustration, photo editing and layout software with the result that is in line with the brand’s image and product.
- Select suitable elements for the communication and commercial strategy, such as colours, images, typography and layout for communication materials, including websites, logos, signs, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on feedback received.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing, sales, food & beverage, suppliers, purchasing throughout the various phases of a project.
- Provide graphic and visual support to digital marketing and e-commerce (hotel’s eShop) to drive overall goals and performance.
- Manage quotation, invoices and approval process when required.
Talent Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, AutoCAD Software, CAAD Software, video editing and Microsoft Publisher.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Creative and innovative.
- Results-focused and be able to manage multiple projects.
- Proactive with all activities to support the hotel.
