The Job
- Complies with applicable codes, regulations
- Performs maintenance of equipment, machinery , building and structure
- Fire Safety management
- Responsible for maintaining M&E system such as air-con, fire protection, BMS,
- Report on breakdowns and defects record inventories
The Talent
- Minimum Nitec
- Strong in M&E Servicing Experience
- Strong in Electrical Maintanence (Installation and setting up HVAC)
- Strong in Carpentry / Woodwork
