Job Responsibilities:
- Draft and post advertisements on regional online job portals etc
- Source candidates via LinkedIn RPS, job portals, social media, and events
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Liaise and work closely with stakeholders and potential candidates to coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Develop recruitment strategies, projects and initiatives
- Provide seamless onboarding for new recruits
- Organize recruitment events and seminars
- Conduct selection interviews and promote career opportunities
- Coordinate end-to-end hiring process
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Initiative to improve work methods and processes
- Sociable, driven, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
