Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements:-
- Experience in working in multiple disciplinary teams in a complex business environment.
- Program and/or Project management experience appreciated.
- Extensive knowledge of customer relationship management and team leadership
- Strong will to close customer contracts.
- Well known electrical & instrumental work hands on
- Strong commitment on the job
- Advantages on multiple language speaker
