Job Description
1. Welcome, engage customers and host customers according to the set SOP
2. Prepare and run daily operations of the bar by ensuring stocks, hygiene and quality consistently
3. Work with Senior / Head Bartender, kitchen and the Service Team to ensure sales target achievement and positive customers' reviews
Requirements
1. Proven track record as a Bar Manager with good knowledge regarding Craft Whisky, Umeshu and Cocktails
2. Multi-language capability is big advantage especially in Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese or Japanese Because we serve many tourist customers from these countries and many of them do not converse in English well.
3. Energetic, dynamic, cheerful and engaging with good social skills
4. Independent and creative in term of creating and improving the bar products
