- Respond to reservation requests from guests, travel agents and referral networks.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining reservation records in accordance with guests' booking confirmation.
- Processing all reservations requests accurately with full details of what has been communicated.
- To maximize rooms sales by up-selling
- Handling of group booking involving cut off dates, blocking, accuracy of rates and booking policies
- Ability to upkeep and familiarize with any special promotions/rates/offers
- Determine guests' needs and provide recommendation accordingly
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Meticulous with an eye details
- Polite and confident with great deal of patience
- Excellent communication skill and ability to build effective long-term relationships
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity
- Able to work on alternate Saturday
