Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
- Provide technical advice and support to Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Building Owners.
- Visit customers as needed to assist with sales and customer service issues.
- Collect cost information, prepare quotations, handle tender submissions, and follow up regularly.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, identify potential new customers, and develop new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely updates of quote activities in line with the Sales Department's standard processes.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and focus on winning key projects to meet set order targets.
- Understand customer business outcomes and provide comprehensive solutions to meet their needs.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company and develop new business opportunities within Singapore.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 4 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to understand mechanical and electrical fitments and interpret drawings.
- Knowledge of ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), M&E (Mechanical and Electrical), Smoke Control Systems, or Fire Alarm Systems is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in customer-facing situations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Preferred to have own transportation.
