Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acquire and master comprehensive knowledge about the brand and its products.
- Identify and understand customer needs, guiding them through the brand’s product range.
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through exceptional sales and after-sales service.
- Aim to achieve personal and store sales targets, demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
- Maintain the store floor to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
- Experience in luxury retail is advantageous, but not required.
- Candidates with a passion for retail, regardless of prior experience, are encouraged to apply.
- Must be driven by sales goals and possess high energy levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with fluency in English and native languages.
