Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive efforts to meet or exceed overall sales targets on a quarterly basis.
- Sales Team Management: Build and lead a sales team focused on enhancing company profitability and achieving sales goals.
- Client and Partner Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Document Control and Compliance: Ensure proper document control and filing systems in accordance with ISO standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and provide status reports.
- Customer Orders Management: Oversee day-to-day customer orders and negotiate favorable payment terms.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on laboratory sales.
- Driving License: Class 3 driving license is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the local laboratory testing market.
