Responsibilities:
- Engage in comprehensive training for operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support day-to-day operations while learning.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of company policies, processes, and brand concepts.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations, health and safety codes, and food hygiene standards.
- Develop skills in conflict resolution and schedule management.
- Provide support at different outlet locations as needed.
