As a Partnerships Manager, you will be a part of the strategy and commercial team under the Chief Commercial Officer. The fun stuff includes partner engagement, promotions, partner relations, and sales strategy. Salary expectation: $5000-6500 (depending on experience)
What You’ll Do
- Manage our extensive airline partnership network.
- Be responsible for the utu Miles product.
- Help the CCO with selling utu products to airline groups.
- Collaborate with various teams throughout the organisation, including executive and C-suite members, to develop and maintain sales strategy to support strategic initiatives and new business ventures.
- Manage airline relations by creating communications for external stakeholders, including presentations, reports, and materials for communication.
- Liaise with representatives from our partners.
- Be able to represent utu at various events and stakeholder meetings.
- Analyse sales data and identify where utu resources would best be spent.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to create and improve financial models, tools, and analytics that increase productivity and inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, financial metrics, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement and offer actionable strategies.
Preferred Experiences & Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years work experience is preferable.
- Experience in partnerships.
- Excellent spoken and written English to liaise with external and overseas parties.
- Problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in software applications and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in commercial strategy will be viewed favourably.
