Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership and Growth:
- Spearhead and drive independent sales growth within Singapore.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, medical specialists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), while also seeking out new connections.
- Clinical and Scientific Detailing:
- Conduct clinical and scientific presentations to doctors, with a focus on acquiring and expanding new accounts.
- Field Engagement:
- Regularly engage in field activities, meet with customers, and ensure consistent follow-ups with accounts.
- Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including weekly field visit schedules and daily visits to clinics, KOLs, and potential new accounts, to meet or exceed company sales goals.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the Sales Supervisor to align on sales strategies and achieve or surpass sales targets set by management.
- Provide detailed weekly sales reports to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and potential opportunities.
- Brand Representation:
- Represent Moleac at exhibitions and conferences to enhance brand visibility and contribute to brand expansion in Singapore.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Degree in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Science.
- Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector within the Singapore healthcare system, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers.
- Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in engaging with healthcare professionals, including product detailing and promotion.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and market growth within Singapore.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on meeting sales objectives.
- Consistent and disciplined in field visits to hospitals and clinics.
- Existing network or relationships with healthcare professionals in Singapore is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, including confidence and proficiency in interacting with doctors.
- Capable of working independently and autonomously.
