- Location: Woodlands Checkpoint / Tuas Checkpoint
- Working Details: 12-hours rotating shift (10am to 10pm, 10pm to 10am) (2 Day, 2 Night, 2 Off)
- Salary Package: $1600 + Monthly Incentive + Allowances - UP TO $2000
- Uniform: Provided
Scope of Work
- You are to provide excellent customer service.
- You are to handle enquiries/complaint tactfully and to provide solution.
- You are to ensure smooth daily operation.
- You are to assist in payment top up
- You are to assist in payment collection pertaining to Fees/ Fines/ VEP/ Toll/ ERP and etc.
- You are to maintain all office equipment, computer peripherals and communication equipment in good working condition.
- You are to reconcile all payment received and to generate daily report.
- You are to perform data entry/ registering pertaining to digital application, permits, particulars and etc.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE "O" Level
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Customer Service/ Payment related scope of work (Can be Cashiering/Collection)
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity at work
