Job Summary

  • The Project Engineer will plan, manage, coordinate and handle the execution of projects according to Project Development Office (PDO) processes, from award to closure, to ensure related activities are safely and properly communicated, coordinated, implemented, and supervised with stakeholders to guarantee budget, scope and timing of projects and deliverables are met within requirements.


The Role:

  • Ensure good project management standards and practices are implemented always, including material procurement, project implementation phase, up to its successful commissioning at customer site.
  • Ensure compliance to and fulfilment of project contractual technical specification, commercial terms and conditions.
  • Ensure achievement of within budget for assigned projects.
  • Upfront participation with business development team in project proposal stage.
  • Responsible for project status, performance and forecasting reporting to internal and external customers throughout the execution.
  • Review contracts to plan the documentation requirements and coordinates with the respective team members to ensure customer satisfaction and contract requirements are met.
  • Work closely with internal project customers to ensure timely and quality submission of vendor documentations.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Perform Risk Management and HSE compliance in accordance to project requirements.


For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Excellent knowledge in Engineering and/or HVAC industry.
  • Availability to travel outside Singapore based on project demands.
  • Proven people management skills, good verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, develop and maintain efficient project management processes.
  • Mature, self-motivated and customer-focused.
  • Excellent analytical skills and works towards results.
  • Knowledge of commercial and financial issues.
  • Conclusive, driven and has the ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions.


What Do You Need to Have?

  • Canddiate MUST possess a Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2 years of working experience in Project Management within the HVAC industry or related technical background.
  • Proficiency in PC skills including software like MS office and AutoCAD.
  • Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) related certifications (e.g. Managing Work-at- Heights, Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites, etc).
  • Conversant with current Codes of Practice, requirements of energy regulatory authorities and building regulations.
  • Demonstrate capability in the application of appropriate troubleshooting and problem- solving techniques.
